PROJECTS
Below is a collection of slide decks that highlight not only my proficiency on Canva, but also how I use my visual and creative skills to bring a presentation to life.
01
You Are What You
(Choose To) Wear
As a part of the coursework for my Rhetorical Theory class, I created a visual presentation paired with a research paper (see 'writing' page). My presentation and paper are centered around the theory that fashion can be a rhetorical language that people use to communicate who they are.
Bachelorette Weekend
03
Play-Doh Campaign
In my Writing for PR and Advertising class, I worked with a group of my classmates to devise a new marketing campaign for Play-Doh. In addition to this presentation we used to pitch our idea to the class, we also wrote a creative brief (see 'PR work' page). This new campaign caters more to parents than children since they are the ones buying the product. You can see in our presentation that we kept the brand's original bright colors as the product is ultimately being used by children!
04
Dyson Hair Campaign
As a part of my Digital and Social Media Marketing seminar, I collaborated with a group of my classmates to create a marketing campaign that is focused only on Dyson's hair products. By doing a deep dive into Dyson's marketing and advertising efforts, we noticed a disconnect between the brand and the customer, especially those that buy the hair products. The slideshow to the right shows our plan to rectify this issue.
02
As the maid of honor, I made an informational and visually appealing slideshow for my sister's bachelorette weekend. This deck includes everything from travel details to restaurant reservations to daily itineraries. My goal with these slides was to create one place where attendees could go for all of the information about the weekend. I also wanted it to be a means of getting guests excited for a very fun and memorable weekend!
